If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please inform us in writing (email or WhatsApp) as early as possible. Cancellation charges apply based on how close the cancellation is to the travel date, and on the specific cancellation policies of the airlines, hotels, and other suppliers involved in your booking. These charges will be communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation and again if you request a cancellation.
Certain components of a booking — such as visa fees, some discounted or promotional airfares, and non-refundable hotel rates — may be non-refundable regardless of when the cancellation is made. We will always flag such components clearly before you confirm a booking.
In rare cases, we may need to cancel or modify a booking due to supplier-side issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and work with you on rebooking or a refund as per the applicable supplier policy.
If a visa application is rejected, cancellation charges for flights, hotels, and other pre-booked services will apply as per the respective supplier's policy. Visa application fees are generally non-refundable.
